Free WiFi. We have upgraded our Internet facilities and have a much faster service in place.

We are idealy situated between Gunnison and Blue Mesa Lake affording our visitors easy access to the best that Gunnison County has to offer.

Whether you stay a day or a month, you will look forward to a return visit to Mesa RV Resort to enjoy its unlimited recreation and scenic opportunities.

Cable TV is NOT available at this time.

Reservations We require a one night deposit paid with a credit card. As far as our cancellation policy goes, we require 7 full days before the reservation date and we will refund your deposit less a $10 cancellation fee for processing. Please note that over Holiday weekends such as 4th July and Labor day, we enforce a NO cancellation and NO refund policy. Please note that we do not refund for early departures on any reservations, including seasonal reservations.

Also, please note: We are a pet friendly Resort. We only ask that you keep them under control. We have a pet walking service for those days that you want to get out without them. Feel free to inquire about our pet service at the front office. For a small fee of $10 per pet, we will walk and feed them during your absence if you are unable to take them with you.

* The rates for all sites are based on how many people? rates are based on 5 people

* How many beds are provided in the Cabins?  The cabins are 12' X 26'. They are comprised of 2 rooms. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has two double futons. Basic linen and utensils are provided. There is no house keeping. Please refer to our Cabin page for more information.

* How many people will you allow in one cabin? Maximum of 6 in the cabin.

* What is in the Club House? Stove with oven, tables and chairs, and a sink for washing dishes.

* With reservations will you guarantee camp sites together? We will try to accomodate you at the time of the reservation. The sooner you reserve the better.
