Stunning landscapes, wilderness and tranquillity, rare in southern
England, and a warm rural welcome await you on Exmoor, one of Britain's
breathing places; and the glimpse of wild Red Deer or the native Exmoor
Pony, are just a couple of the delights that make Exmoor special.

Love the Hymer! All the
Love the Hymer! All the comforts of home! The ponies look like our Shetland ponies. Barbara & Lenny
I wish we could still go
I wish we could still go gallivanting in the Red Postbox as it is affectionately known...it was wonderful for Africa but it doesn't have power steering which makes it almost unmanageable on English country lanes..also no bathroom!! and that becomes important when one is no longer 20! We are actually looking for a good home for the Red Postbox!Very sad.. The Hymer is 27 foot long..tiny for the US but enormous over here!
The Ivy Motto: Any damned
The Ivy Motto: Any damned fool can be uncomfortable! Much easier to drive the Hymer. The Ponies are called Exmoor Ponies and run wild on the moors they may have Shetland in them I don't know.
I was envisioning you in
I was envisioning you in that red bus you RV'd in when the kids were small. This motor home is really steps up from that!!! No wonder you were so comfortable...
Paul wonders if those are what we call Shetland ponies?
