The snow is slowly melting and the Gunnison River is swelling. This was taken on the bridge a mile from the park.

Our bags are packed and we head for the airport tomorrow to fly out Sunday. We will be back in Gunnison Sunday night all being well.

We are looking forward to seeing you all soon.

I will be resuming my photo blog when we hit Gunnison and hope to add one photo a day through the summer.

On the road again

We are on our way back to Gunnison, so get ready for a great summer. See you all soon.

The summer is coming and we are getting ready for a busy season. The photographic Gallery will open early in the season and I will be
holding regular workshops and slide presentations through out the summer and fall.

The view from our house  of Midhopestones early this morning just before the mist rolled in.

Stunning landscapes, wilderness and tranquillity, rare in southern
England, and a warm rural welcome await you on Exmoor, one of Britain's
breathing places; and the glimpse of wild Red Deer or the native Exmoor
Pony, are just a couple of the delights that make Exmoor special.

Just a few seconds of good light and being in the right place at the right time completed the experience of photographing Durdle Door.
