The 2009 Hunting Season Has Begun

We are open year round and are ideally situated for hunting in the Gunnison area with the West Elk Wilderness on our doorstep. Only a few miles from over the counter units 54, 55, 551 and draw units 66 and 67. Hot showers, laundry, warm cabins and great RV sites make Mesa RV Resort a popular base for hunters and Fisherman this time of the year.

Look out for our new sign, 3 miles west of Gunnison 3 miles east of Blue Mesa Lake on US Highway 50.

Both our cabins are complete and bookings are coming in fast for the season. The cabins come complete with kitchenette, bathroom, main bedroom with queen bed, lounge with two double futons and deck with table and chairs.

We have just added Tipis to our resort and now offer an 18 foot Tipi that can comfortably sleep 4.
